2nd WORLD ENGINEERS' CONVENTION AT SHANGHAI

The Executive Council of WFEO decides to organize 
the  SECOND WORLD ENGINEERS' CONVENTION during 
November 2-4, 2004 at Shanghai ( The People's Republic of China)
under the joint auspices of China Association for Science and Technology
(CAST), Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and Municipality of Shanghai (MS)

The Convention will consist of two big events, the first one being the Presentation,
including the Plenary Session and Parallel Sessions, and the second one being the
Exhibition.

The Pleanary Session and the Parallel Sessions will both last for one day during
which several subjects will be discussed.

Three public forums will also take place

The exhibition will focus on engineering solutions for the future and a competition will
take place among the exhibitors.

The entire Convention will last for three days. Details of tentative structured
programme and schedule enclosed.
